• 2-4 years’ experience in recruiting with global mobility or immigration knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in a large, complex organization.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and recruitment strategies.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full recruitment process for open positions.
• Create and post job postings; actively search for qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and interview candidates.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, HR, legal and vendors to facilitate relocations.
• Communicate immigration and relocation policies to employees.
• Monitor recruitment data to identify improvements.
• Attend job fairs and hiring events.
• Oversee global mobility activities for expatriates and domestic/international transfers.
