The Global Mobility Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Nidec's international workforce by coordinating employee assignments into the United States, with a primary focus on employees assigned from Nidec Corporation Japan (NCJ).
This position serves as the primary coordinator and trusted resource for inbound assignees throughout their assignment lifecycle. You will work closely with employees, managers, immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax consultants, Payroll, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure a positive and compliant assignment experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across cultures, managing complex processes, building relationships, and taking ownership of specialized programs. Over time, the successful candidate will develop into a key subject matter expert for Nidec's U.S. inbound mobility programs.
