Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Global Employee Mobility Program Specialist to support the Americas, with onsite expectations and potential base in the US or Singapore. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to guide tax, immigration, relocation and business traveler compliance, shaping the future of our mobility programs.

Qualifications

University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of Global Mobility experience in a global organization.
Experience in corporate Global Mobility function.
Knowledge of tax, immigration, relocation and business traveler compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee mobility programs across the Americas with global SMEs to address tax, immigration, relocation, and cross-border remote work requirements.
Manage specialized programs such as temporary relocations, remote work and crisis management scenarios.
Collaborate with vendors to advise on complex mobility matters, including cross-border scenarios and executive cases.
Ensure compliance with global mobility policies, processes, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage global mobility vendors, governance activities, and resolve complex employee and business escalations.
Develop and enhance global mobility policies, governance frameworks, and operational processes to support business objectives.
