Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Program Manager in Anderson, SC to drive the OPTIMAP project from planning to delivery. You will oversee the project plan, development budget, and core team performance, ensuring alignment with the customer SOW and defined objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and schedule, and report progress to the program director, plant director, and sales director, while safeguarding EHS and quality standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• University Engineering or Business degree.
• Good capacity in spoken and written English.
• 3 years’ experience in Automotive industry – commercial, industrial or engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OPTIMAP project plan and development budget in line with the Customer SOW and project scope.
• Lead core team members’ work packages and budgets to meet project objectives and scope.
• Organize project meetings, reviews, and end-of-phase assessments with all core team members.
