Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex OPTIMAP projects in Anderson, SC. You will drive safety, budget, and schedule adherence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing master plans, risk mitigation, and reporting to executives while maintaining alignment with customer statements of work and company standards.

Qualifications

• University Engineering or business degree (required).
• Good capacity in spoken and written English.
• Automotive global requirements and standards awareness.
• IATF16949 & Customer specific requirements. Completion of at least 2 projects (level 2 category) achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to HSE requirements.
• Manage OPTIMAP project plan, budget, and customer scope per SOW.
• Lead core team members and ensure budgets align with objectives.
• Establish and maintain master timing plan and consolidated planning.
• Oversee project profitability and set targets for core team members.
• Coordinate project status reporting and risk management across divisions.
• Prepare gateway reports and manage risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate communications with customers and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
