Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Global People Experience Specialist to support employees and new hires across the USA, EU, and Singapore. The role handles mobility, immigration, relocation, and onboarding in assigned geographies, coordinating with employees, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure a smooth experience.

The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple cases in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people operations, employee engagement, or Global Mobility & immigration-related working experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and working with third-party vendors.
• Experience managing cases, processes, or employee support activities independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Global Mobility & Immigration cases relocating to your assigned geography: manage mobility cases, visas, relocations, renewals, cancellations, ensure accuracy and timeliness, elevate risks or delays.
• Vendor & Case Management: partner with immigration, relocation, and other vendors, track progress, follow up on actions, monitor service quality.
• New Hire Onboarding Experience: coordinate onboarding and Day 1 logistics, conduct new hire orientation, ensure access and support to start on site.
• Internal: communicate with new hires before Day 1 and provide guidance on mobility and onboarding requirements, respond to employee questions.
• Local People Operations & Compliance: support local operations, statutory, regulatory, and employment-related activities.
