Job summary

CSC in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking an Immigration Specialist to manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees across the U.S. and globally. This hybrid, Monday–Friday role sits in our Global Mobility & Immigration team within People and Culture, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, business partners, counsel and external vendors.

Qualifications include experience in U.S. or global immigration, confidentiality handling, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. or global immigration, global mobility, HR operations, onboarding, or a related field.
• Experience handling confidential employee information in a compliance-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with employees, business partners, vendors and counsel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. and global immigration processes for new hires, current employees and international transfers, ensuring cases progress in alignment with business and employee needs.
• Gather required information and documentation and ensure cases are complete and progressing timely.
• Monitor immigration case status, key dates, expiration dates and milestones, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate immigration records and update internal systems and databases throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with immigration counsel and vendors to initiate and track cases.
• Assist with audits, reporting and documentation maintenance for compliance.
