Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage our employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize our international compensation programs.
• Analyze country-specific considerations for compensation and stock programs across regions.
• Assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
