Job summary

Mercer Marsh Benefits in the UK is seeking a Global Mobility Solutions Consultant to manage expatriate health and risk provisioning for a diverse client base. You will renew portfolios, win new business, and help shape our value proposition while growing our professional network across Marsh globally.

This hybrid role can be based in Bristol or London, with responsibilities spanning client delivery, reporting, and collaboration with relationship managers and insurer partners to expand services.

Qualifications

• Experience with expatriate health and risk provision is a plus.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Able to work independently and with colleagues to drive team success.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients and prospects.
• Partner with Analysts to deliver high-quality client service.
• Own client deliverables related to expatriate health and risk provision.
• Design expatriate benefits and lead renewal/rebidding processes.
• Prepare client reporting with recommendations for benefit changes.
• Develop intellectual capital with senior colleagues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external insurer partners.
