Marsh Health and Benefits is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join our Commercial Consulting Team. This hybrid role requires working in the office at least three days per week, while offering flexibility for remote work.

You will develop and manage a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients and drive new business opportunities across UK locations. You’ll bring healthcare or group risk experience, strong financial acumen, and excellent client-relations skills to deliver

Competenze

• Healthcare or Group Risk related experience is required.
• Financial and Commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills, is essential.
• Strong relationship management skills are important for this role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients with quality consulting and ongoing service.

• To develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service


• To ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and to expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate


• To manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business.


• To work pro-actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans
