The role involves handling day-to-day mobility tasks, data entry for international transfers, and supporting the U.S. GM team with vendor and payroll documentation while maintaining high data quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day tasks such as setting up employee files and initiating vendor services.
• Enter international transfer information into databases.
• Assist US GM members with questions from international transfers and vendors.
• Participate in internal audits and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare payroll documentation (loans and W4s) and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain various tracking reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare transfer documents (offer letters, verification letters).
• Pull and analyze reports as requested or on schedule.

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Global Mobility Analyst opportunity in Arlington, VA (Onsite). Responsibilities for Global Mobility Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Day-to-day transactions such as set up of employee files and initiation of vendor services
• Enter international transfer information into different databases
• Assist the US GM members to address questions from international transfers and vendors
• Participate in internal audits and elevate issues when necessary
• Calculate, prepare, and process payroll documentation (loans and W4s)
• Maintain various tracking reports by leveraging Microsoft Office - Excel
• Prepare drafts of transfer documents such as offer letter, employment verification letter, etc.
• Pull and analyze reports upon request and at scheduled intervals
• Ensure high data quality and consistency
• Support the US immigration program on data accuracy filings
• Support GM projects (W2 yearly distribution, salary revision, bonus, home leave, year-end, etc.)
• Schedule meetings, book rooms, etc.
• Dedicated Global Mobility Analyst Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses.

This Global Mobility Analyst is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Candidates for Global Mobility Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
• Attention to detail
• Process oriented expertise
• Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Previous experience with SAP HR preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Ability to take direction from multiple sources
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• HR and/or GM experience preferred

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $26.13 per hour
