Job summary

Dunwoody Baptist Church (DBC) seeks its next Missions Pastor to lead and oversee the missions program, coordinating with the Missions Council and Senior Pastor. The role includes teaching, pastoral duties, and coordinating with nearly 50 global partners to advance DBC’s mission worldwide.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of missions experience, a clear calling to missions and pastoral ministry, and a strong biblical/theological foundation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the DBC missions program and coordinate with Missions Council and Senior Pastor.
• Direct missions priorities, goals and resources.
• Teach, perform baptisms, weddings, funerals, provide pastoral care and counseling.
• Attend special events and perform other pastoral duties as part of the pastoral team.
