Job summary

Seed Company in Arlington, TX is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to attract and integrate mission-aligned global talent. You will own the end-to-end candidate journey from sourcing through the first 90 days, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience aligned with Seed Company’s culture and excellence.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers, manage events and collateral, and ensure compliance with employment laws while supporting a hospitality-centered candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting in a ministry environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, including applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to exhibit discretion in confidential situations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offers to prospective staff.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, compensation, and start dates.
• Manage employer presence on job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment collateral.
• Maintain ATS and recruiting reports; track key recruitment metrics.
