Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Associate to join its global middle-office function in New York. You will be the primary contact for trading-desk questions and own post-trade reliability, controls and transparency across asset classes.

You’ll collaborate with trading, technology and operations teams to resolve issues, improve workflows and data quality, and develop dashboards and tools that enhance oversight, risk management and continuity of knowledge for evolving investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance or related field.
• 5–10 years of financial-operations or trade-support experience.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle (capture, P/L, settlement).
• Experience coordinating front-office enquiries with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for trading-desk enquiries across asset classes.
• Coordinate post-trade operations and ensure reliability and controls.
• Develop workflows, dashboards and analytics for oversight and efficiency.
• Identify operational risks across the trade lifecycle.
• Participate in projects expanding middle-office capabilities for new strategies.
