Job summary

Form Energy is hiring an experienced professional to manage the development and execution of Form's global supply chain strategy for critical metal parts. This role reports to the Director of Global Supply Management (GSM).

As part of our GSM team, you will be involved in researching markets, identifying and engaging with suppliers, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and managing key supplier relationships in collaboration with key cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Deep category experience in metal parts sourcing and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of contract structures and IP concepts.
• Data-driven decision making with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the metal parts category and manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering and Strategic Supply teams to define sourcing strategy.
• Negotiate and deliver favorable terms to optimize costs, lead times and risk.
• Secure best-in-class pricing through analysis, cost reductions and logistics optimization.
• Monitor market conditions, supplier capacity, and tech roadmaps.
• Ensure best-in-class suppliers and mitigate risks through cost analyses and market insights.
