Job summary

Form Energy is seeking an experienced professional to own the development and execution of Form’s global supply chain strategy for critical battery raw materials. You will lead the Actives team, managing relationships, contracts, and category strategies for carbons, resins, tapes, and adhesives, while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, timely materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of category experience in battery raw materials, carbons, or resins
• 5+ years of sourcing experience including supplier management, running RFX’s, and driving continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build should-cost models
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in the US and travel globally up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Own the battery raw materials and resins category, including commercial relationships and contracts
• Monitor market conditions, capacities, landscapes, and supply challenges
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and drive sourcing strategy
• Negotiate favorable terms to optimize costs, lead times, and risk
• Ensure best-in-class suppliers and end-to-end sourcing process
• Secure pricing through price analysis, cost reductions, and logistics optimization
