• Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control.
• Lead local and global projects to optimize MES system setup.
• As the application owner, provide training, feedback, and solutions for fixing issues to the team.
• Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades.
• Coordinate business processes and QMS components for efficiency and compliance.
• Promote internal and external customer focus across the organization.
• Maintain QMS integrity during planned changes and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Explore and utilize Agentic AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, Claude) for process improvements.
