Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in merchandising or business, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3–5 years merchandising, product development or sourcing experience.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management.
• Knowledge of textiles or related materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• CAD capability a plus, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Liaise between customer and overseas sourcing teams.
• Research market trends and product categories to drive sales.
• Obtain quotes, costs and samples from overseas teams and manage costing.
• Collaborate on product details and cost design to meet pricing.
• Upload data into customer system and manage supplier samples.
• Own pre-costing for new items to ensure profitability.
• Complete new item proposals and retail comparisons.
• Manage factory compliance forms and coordinate with compliance teams.
• Maintain production calendar dates from concept to shipment.
• Oversee workmanship, quality, and fit; approve lab dips and trim details.
• Communicate approvals/changes to overseas teams and suppliers.
• Manage QA testing with customer QA teams.
• Oversee artwork packaging from design to photos, directing graphic artists.
• Coordinate photoshoots and edits, selecting models/locations.
• Collaborate with customer on packaging approvals and revisions.
• Send artwork files to overseas sourcing teams within timelines.
• Manage packaging sample submissions and approvals.
