Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, headquartered in Southern California, is seeking a Merchandising professional to develop INTL store assortments for over 20 countries. You will align with the planning team, communicate product opportunities, and drive sales through country-specific opportunities and historical data.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in merchandising, advanced Excel proficiency, and international experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Merchandising.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V look-ups.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• International experience.
• Retail sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with INTL Merchandising Manager on country assortments to drive sales.
• Be a product expert to communicate product lines and build compelling assortments for retail stores.
• Review store assortments to determine opportunities based on sales and country needs.
• Review U.S. retail store trends to communicate bestsellers to countries.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly retail sales reports to identify drivers and growth opportunities.
• Communicate via email and conference calls about business and future opportunities.
• Meet with distributors to discuss current business and future openings.
• Collaborate daily with Planning, Product, and Customer Service teams.
