Job summary

Skechers seeks an experienced Merchandising professional to develop and manage international assortments for Skechers stores in over 20 countries. You will collaborate with INTL Merchandising Manager, planning teams, and distributors to align product opportunities with sales history and country needs.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong communication, and the ability to forecast trends, review monthly sales, and drive opportunities across division, outsole, and SKU levels.

Qualifications

Proven experience planning assortments with large SKU volumes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with INTL Merchandising Manager on country assortments to drive sales.
Be a product expert and build compelling assortments for retail stores.
Review store assortments to identify opportunities based on sales and country needs.
Review U.S. retail trends to inform international buys and testing.
Analyze monthly and quarterly sales to identify growth opportunities by division and SKU.
