SKIMS is seeking a Senior Manager of Order Management to lead the processes that connect inventory plans to execution across our global business. Reporting to the Director, Inventory Operations, this role will own order visibility and execution from order creation through receipt, ensuring teams have accurate and timely visibility into inventory flow, delivery timing, changes, and risk.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in order management, inventory or planning operations within retail or consumer brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Logistics or related field.
• Strong understanding of the retail product lifecycle from buy to receipt.
• Experience handling high volumes of orders in a complex omnichannel environment.
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach and strong cross-functional communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Order Management function with clear ownership and service levels.
• Oversee order creation, changes, cancellations, delivery dates and receipt visibility.
• Maintain inbound inventory visibility and identify risks to planned receipts.
• Partner with planning and inventory teams to reflect approved buys and strategies.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics to communicate delivery changes.
• Identify and resolve order and delivery exceptions across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure accurate reflection of changes across systems and reporting.
• Develop reporting around inbound inventory, late orders, and open orders.
• Establish data governance and integrity in order management processes.
• Build scalable processes to support growth across channels and markets.
• Lead and scale the Order Management team with cross-functional partners.
