Harvard University’s Mental Health for All Lab seeks a Research Assistant to support two major global mental health programs, OptimizeD and BRIDGE-AI. The role involves data analysis, literature reviews, and coordination with international partners in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

You will contribute to manuscript preparation, IRB submissions, and dissemination of findings while developing skills at the intersection of global health, clinical research, and responsible AI.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, public health, social sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience (relevant coursework may count).
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Strong written communication skills evidenced by publications or presentations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools and governance concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare scientific manuscripts, abstracts, reports, and dissemination materials.
• Conduct literature reviews and evidence syntheses to support analyses and study activities.
• Support completion and close-out of Optimize-D, including data quality and funder requirements.
• Support BRIDGE-AI implementation, including study coordination and data analysis.
• Assist with ethics and governance work, including stakeholder workshops and synthesis.
• Prepare IRB submissions, amendments, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate meetings with collaborators, funders, and international partners.
• Organize and document quantitative and qualitative datasets; support analyses in Stata, R, or related software.
• Support NIMH and Wellcome reporting and project deliverables.
