Job summary

Bluetooth SIG, a global standards organization, seeks a Membership Specialist to manage the worldwide membership base. You will support renewals, onboarding, account updates, and tier 1/2 requests with high professionalism and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of customer-facing experience, strong communication, CRM skills, and a knack for data-driven improvements; familiarity with Excel and AI-assisted tools is a plus. Hybrid work in Kirkland, WA.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both internal and external.
• Hands-on experience with AI writing or productivity tools, with the judgment to verify data appropriately.
• Experience with customer support and CRM tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on work accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide member support for questions and issues via support tools, email, phone, and in-person.
• Support renewals and onboarding, and handle account updates.
• Process tier 1 and triage tier 2 support requests.
• Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting for management.
• Use approved AI tools to draft first-pass responses and summarize documents.
