Job summary

ASCAP is seeking a Global Member Services Representative to provide top-tier support to writers and publishers via phone, email, and our Member Access system. The role emphasizes resolution, collaboration with internal teams, and ensuring a high-quality member experience.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days per week at the New York office, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent administrative, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex issues to diverse audiences.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to ASCAP’s writer and publisher Members via telephone, email, and Member Access.
• Resolve and track inquiries, researching issues from Members and their representatives.
• Escalate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve Member issues.
