Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in program management within operations/supply chain, plus PMP/engineering background. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with Digital/Data teams are expected; long-term incentives available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, engineering or equivalent.
• Project Management Certification is required.
• Elevated degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• PMO Creation and Maturation: Facilitates among PMO stakeholders and leadership a consensus around the PMO mission.
• Leads PMO charter development and recruitment to deliver PMO goals.
• Builds PMO roles and team configuration to meet objectives.
