Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Med Tech Supply Chain PMO Excellence Lead, ideally located in Jacksonville, FL, or nearby East Coast sites. You will lead a global PMO, drive governance, and enable enterprise portfolio management across functions and geographies.

The role requires 10+ years in operations/supply chain, strong leadership, and experience with PMO frameworks, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Lead global portfolios, programs, and enterprise transformations.
Design and implement PMO governance structures including risk frameworks.
Develop PMO vision and inspire Project Management staff.
Align investments and resources with strategic objectives.
Experience in change management within matrix environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate PMO mission and charter with leadership.
Define PMO roles and recruit to meet objectives.
Implement project management processes and standards.
Lead portfolio planning and prioritization.
Coach PMO staff and build a practice community.
