Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related scientific discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex global and multi-regional clinical studies, driving operational excellence and successful study outcomes.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership, guidance and innovative solutions to drive successful study outcomes.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams across regions, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks, financial performance and operational delivery to ensure study success.
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, decision-making and stakeholder alignment throughout the study lifecycle.
• Ensure studies are delivered in compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements and contractual commitments.
