The role brings structure, pace and delivery discipline across a complex global environment, ensuring priorities are clear and decisions well prepared.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in science, business, operations, strategy, project delivery or related discipline.
• 5+ years in business operations, strategy execution, or related strategic role in global environment.
• Ability to bring rigor, discipline and structure to complex priorities through governance and planning.
• Ability to synthesize complex strategic, operational and financial data into portfolio views and actionable recommendations.
• Strong results orientation with ability to manage risk and deliver outcomes with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Translate priorities into an integrated ME&E strategy, portfolio and operating plan.
• Maintain an integrated ME&E portfolio view of priorities, milestones and risks.
• Drive disciplined execution across leadership forums and key workstreams.
• Identify risks and unblock issues to support timely leadership decisions and delivery of results.
• Lead the ME&E business planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare concise, data-led portfolio updates and decision materials.
