Qualifications

• 8+ years in legal, compliance, or related fields, with pharma experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence at executive levels.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership; ability to drive change.

Responsabilités

• Embed Takeda values and ethical decision-making across Global Medical E&C.
• Lead governance activities, policy development, and training programs.
• Support risk assessments, investigations, and monitoring across the organization.
• Collaborate with R&D, Legal, and regional E&C teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent Global Medical in external industry forums and initiatives.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree; JD, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
