Job description

Ethics & Compliance Business Partner, U.S. Oncology Business Unit

Join us as an Ethics & Compliance Business Partner, U.S. Oncology Business Unit at BioSpace. This role is based in Cambridge, MA, and reports to the Director level.

As a Business Partner, you will focus on ensuring ethical behavior within the US Oncology organization, playing a key role in risk mitigation, ethical decision-making, and building a modern ethics and compliance function within Takeda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote ethical behavior aligned with Takeda's values across the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of ethics and compliance strategies, influencing senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver programs to embed E&C principles into daily operations.
  • Provide guidance on the interpretation of codes of conduct, policies, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate across functions to identify and mitigate risks, and stay updated on external trends affecting compliance.
  • Present on E&C topics and support digital initiatives related to compliance.
  • Review and update policies to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in compliance, pharma, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including OIG and PhRMA guidelines.
  • Up to 20% travel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
