Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Global Medical Education Manager (Remote US or Global) to lead development, implementation and management of worldwide medical education programs across product portfolios. The role requires coordinating with clinicians, internal stakeholders and the global sales force to deliver engaging, compliant education initiatives.

The position is fully remote, with up to 60% travel, and offers a base US salary range of USD 120,000–150,000 plus a 15% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Marketing/Business in healthcare/medical devices.
• Knowledge of ECMO/ECLS and Ventilator products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and public speaking ability.
• Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Travel up to 60% locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Global Medical Education programs.
• Implement internal and external medical education plans.
• Assess educational programs globally and conduct needs assessments.
• Provide technical sales support and exhibit presence.
• Engage with clinicians and medical organizations for program input.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global sales.
• Coordinate budgets, resources and timelines.
• Support clinical education for field reps and distributors.
• Gather data to refine education strategies and tactics.
• Monitor costs and measure program effectiveness.
