Qualifications

• Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, create reports, and support data-informed decision making.
• Leads weekly meetings of all sales, and prioritization of orders and invoices coming in.
• Finance-related skills to assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and margin optimization.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with business productivity and ERP/CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the medical device portfolio across supply chain, inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Develop and track performance metrics; identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
