Role Description

The Medical Device Business Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntington Beach, CA. This position oversees day-to-day business operations for the medical device portfolio, including planning, coordinating, and optimizing processes across supply chain, inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer service. The role manages operational workflows, develops and tracks performance metrics, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The manager collaborates closely with sales, finance, and product teams to support demand forecasting, pricing, and margin analysis, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable medical device standards. Additional responsibilities include leading small projects and programs, maintaining accurate operational documentation, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive growth and scalability.

The business distributes Medical Device implants, and sources surgical instruments overseas from Germany. We need someone who is amazing at systems, and operations. Being incredibly organized is essential to managing inventory and and orders coming in and out from overseas shipment.
