Silimed seeks a senior Medical Affairs leader to shape global scientific strategy and partnerships with KOLs across regions. You will guide communications of clinical data, ensure regulatory alignment, and support evidence generation initiatives throughout product lifecycles.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, and Marketing to translate insights into strategy while upholding high ethical and compliance standards in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, scientific projects, or healthcare stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Breast implant experience considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategic scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and investigators.
• Lead scientific exchange with external experts to communicate clinical data and product information.
• Identify evidence gaps and support IIS, RWE, publications, and collaborations.
• Inform medical strategy and product lifecycle management with insights from markets.
• Provide medical leadership and responses to medical information requests throughout the lifecycle.
