• Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements for medical communications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital technologies in scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for clear scientific communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead scientific content development: core materials, slide decks, FAQs, and resources.
• Plan and deliver congress activities: booths, symposia, educational content.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory for accuracy and balance.
• Coordinate content development workflows and future content needs.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled solutions to planning, content creation, review, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor performance, manage vendors and budgets, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
