Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements for medical communications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital technologies in scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead scientific content creation, including core resources and FAQs.
• Plan and deliver congress activities with booth content and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local teams to align timelines and plans.
• Conduct content reviews with Legal and Regulatory to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate content development workflows and anticipate future needs.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled technologies to improve planning, development, and review processes.
• Monitor execution, manage budgets and vendors, and identify risks.
