Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a strategic Medical Affairs technology leader to own the enterprise technology roadmap. You will partner across field medical, medical insights, omnichannel engagement, and RWE, shaping scalable, compliant platforms aligned to the business.

Your role spans governance, data strategy, and cross-functional delivery. You will define adoption metrics, drive value realization, and collaborate with Data & AI, Legal, Privacy, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline required.
• 10+ years in life sciences technology, Medical Affairs tech, or related roles.
• Experience owning enterprise product roadmaps and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Medical Affairs technology strategy and portfolio as primary tech leader.
• Define data strategy, governance, and analytics enablement with Data & AI.
• Enable omnichannel medical engagement through integrated platforms.
• Govern operations, vendor performance, privacy, and security.
