Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Director of Service Delivery for the Manufacturing Control Network (MCN) Global Solutions. You will lead architecture, governance, and delivery for a secure, compliant platform across global sites, influencing investments and ensuring operational continuity.

The role may be based in Cambridge, MA or RTP, NC; salary ranges reflect both locations. You will manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships while developing teams and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT architecture, infrastructure, quality, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed integration partners for critical IT applications.
• Knowledge of software validation and GxP in Life Sciences environments.
• Experience supporting compliance audits (internal/external).

Responsibilities

• Lead global MCN architecture roadmap and platform services.
• Oversee cybersecurity, infrastructure resilience, and operational continuity.
• Plan and govern MCN project delivery across multiple environments.
• Develop annual MCN budget and prioritize investments.
• Coach staff and coordinate with site teams, vendors, and service providers.
