You will translate forecasts into stocking strategies, drive inventory health, and support cross‑functional procurement with data‑driven decisions to maximize output while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• 2+ years in business intelligence tools or data modeling or transformation.
• 2+ years in managing complex supplier relationships and driving operational strategies.
• Experience with AI and advanced analytics for problem-solving and process optimization; SAP data solutions exposure.

Responsibilities

• Translating manufacturing inventory forecasts and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics related to BOM stocking, risk mitigation, inventory health and optimization.
• Delivering an uninterrupted supply of spare parts and/or direct materials to the US factory network.
• Providing daily tactical support to US site-based procurement operations teams to ensure efficiency and rapid issue resolution.
• Operationalization of tactical procurement methods to manage and optimize inventory, forecasting, and delivery; coordinating supplier labor.
• Driving operational response and closure to inventory or supplier labor escalations, inventory risk, and related supply chain impacts.
• Intake, disposition, and coordination of Material Quality Incidents requiring supplier engagement across the supply chain.
• Ensuring BOM integrity, material availability, cost, and quality goals are set and achieved.
• Providing assessments/status to stakeholders at multiple levels and monitoring program indicators.
• Analyzing data to run daily supply chain operations and designing solutions for complex processes.
• Driving standardization of indicators, processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and consistency.
• Participating in development and improvement of systems, metrics and tools to drive efficiencies.
• Collaborating with cross-organizational teams to advance supply chain solutions and sponsor field service labor when needed.
