Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, engineering, analytics).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, manufacturing, analytics.
• 2+ years using analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and factory performance data.
• Influence supply and capacity decisions through data-driven analysis.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology Development, and Supply Chain teams.
• Identify supply risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Support capacity planning, bottleneck management, and optimization.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights for visibility and decisions.
• Translate data into executive-ready recommendations and communications.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving and resolve planning challenges.
• Champion continuous improvement of planning processes.
