Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Materials Project Manager to lead end-to-end material readiness and visibility across product development and sustaining operations. The role coordinates with BU teams and GSM to align material strategies with project timelines, quality goals, and cost targets.

The position requires deep supply chain expertise in high-technology life sciences products, with travel up to 25% domestically and 10% internationally. Strong collaboration and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; 7–10 years of supply chain, demand planning, purchasing, inventory control and/or supplier management preferred.
• Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and analytical software (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) is required.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the GSM representative on BU project teams, driving early engagement and lifecycle supply chain planning.
• Own material strategy development and execution across product development through sustaining operations.
• Support supply chain requirements for both NPI initiatives and ongoing production.
• Define and report CTB status to stakeholders, aligning CTB projections with build plans and demand shifts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Legal to resolve supply issues.
