Job summary

GEOTEK is seeking a Senior Materials Manager in Stewartville, MN to own the end-to-end supply chain for engineered fiberglass products. You will drive MRP strategy, supplier relationships, and inventory control, coordinating with Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance.

You'll lead a team of buyers, inventory specialists, and shipping staff, expanding capabilities as GEOTEK grows. This is a senior leadership role with real scope to shape operations and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or engineering.
• 7–10 years of progressive materials management or supply chain leadership experience.
• Extensive experience leading a team and delivering results.
• Strong knowledge in ERP/MRP, production planning, and supplier performance management.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments (AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Own materials from forecast to warehouse floor with MRP tied to production schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships for resins, glass fibers, hardware, and coatings (domestic/international).
• Ensure lot traceability, shelf-life compliance, and freight/logistics planning.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance.
• Develop and scale the purchasing and logistics team for growth.
