Qualifications

• Strong process troubleshooting skills required.
• Experience around automation systems (PLC/VFD exposure preferred).
• SolidWorks or 3D CAD experience is needed.
• Comfortable splitting time between office and production floor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using structured root cause methods.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Support and enhance factory automation (PLCs, controls, mechanical, hydraulic systems).
• Identify and help implement cost-reducing automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standard work and process documentation.
• Conduct engineering trials and analyze production data.
• Support capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Train production teams on new processes.
