Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or materials planning.
• Experience with material forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems in a production environment.
• Experience coordinating with international suppliers or global headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute purchase orders to support material requirements and production schedules.
• Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers across time zones.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and backlog; address delays.
• Ensure alignment between procurement activities and production needs.
• Maintain data within ERP, MRP, and WMS systems for accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve material flow.
• Prepare regular procurement and inventory reports in English and Korean.
