Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Materials Planning to steer inventory strategies and governance for global operations. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of Supply Chain and is based on-site in Coralville, IA, or Boulder, CO. Expect leadership, strategic planning, and performance improvement across eight sites with a $56M+ inventory footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience leading materials planning and inventory governance.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record in improving On-Time Delivery and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead global materials planning strategy to ensure material availability and inventory health.
• Own inventory policy, stocking strategies, and governance across multiple sites.
• Drive working capital improvement through disciplined inventory management.
• Improve On-Time Delivery by aligning supply with production schedules.
• Lead and develop a team of materials planning professionals.
• Partner with manufacturing, finance, procurement and operations for alignment.
