Job summary

Moleaer Inc. in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Material Planner to oversee procurement and inventory to support fast-growing nanobubble technology initiatives.

This role partners with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, QC, and Warehouse to ensure on-time material availability and optimal inventory levels. The successful candidate will have at least five years in supply chain, a bachelor’s in related field, strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ERP/NetSuite, and a track record

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of business experience in supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain or related field.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Confirm material availability for planned production and communicate constraints.
• Drive execution of MRP and ensure timely delivery of components required to assemble Moleaer’s products.
• Generates, adjusts, and expedites purchase orders for manufacturing and purchase requisitions for other functions within Moleaer.
• Identify shortages, establish recovery plans, and coordinate priorities with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
• Communicate supply risks and recommended mitigation plans to Operations leadership.
