Fluidstack in Seattle seeks an experienced Supply Chain professional to own the live order tracker, expedite critical orders, and coordinate across global suppliers and project sites. You will drive on‑time delivery and improve lead times.

Read engineering drawings and purchase orders, negotiate under pressure, deliver concise root‑cause analyses to managers, and help align procurement across sites. The role includes equity and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Expedite orders in capital equipment or industrial environments with direct impact on project schedules.
• Read engineering drawings, specifications and purchase orders to catch scope discrepancies.
• Coordinate across multiple project sites to align procurement priorities.
• Deliver root‑cause analyses and recovery plans to project managers or leadership.
• Experience with multi-site EPC or construction environments is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the live order tracker for all open POs across global suppliers and project sites.
• Expedite critical and at‑risk orders; renegotiate delivery commitments with vendors under pressure.
• Run weekly/monthly procurement reporting: on‑time delivery, lead time accuracy, vendor scores.
• Travel to vendor facilities to verify progress and fortify supplier relationships.
• Provide clear root‑cause analyses and recovery plans to leadership.
