This leader will shape strategy and partner with stakeholders to advance next-generation materials and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• 15+ years leading innovation, R&D, advanced technology, or product development organizations.
• Proven success commercializing breakthrough technologies and materials.
• Proven leadership across global organizations and multiple geographies.
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused innovation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term innovation strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive development of next-generation materials, technologies, and platform capabilities.
• Lead exploration, incubation, and commercialization of breakthrough innovations.
• Serve as a strategic technical partner to key customers and external stakeholders.
• Be a member of the Gore Performance Solutions Leadership Team.
• Steward innovation and R&D investments to maximize business value.
• Champion enterprise intellectual property strategy and technology differentiation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team of scientists, engineers, and innovators.
• Implement the Gore Business System throughout the Innovation function to accelerate development cycles and bring products & solutions faster to markets & customers.
