Job summary

Gore Fabrics seeks a Global Master Planning Leader to direct aggregate supply and inventory planning across businesses. You will run a globally distributed Master Planning team, ensuring scalable, scenario-based, financially informed input for the SIOP process.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Plant Leadership to deliver integrated plans, manage risk, and optimize service and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or APICS certification as a minimum requirement.
• 10+ years in master planning, supply planning, or SIOP/IBP in manufacturing.
• Experience leading globally distributed planning teams and governance.
• Ability to translate strategy into integrated supply and inventory plans.
• Strong data-driven decision making and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global Master Planning team with Lean, Gemba focus.
• Foster integrity, collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
• Establish planning standards and governance with SIOP operating model.
• Partner across CoE, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Plant Leadership.
• Own the global supply, capacity and inventory plan across horizons.
• Lead mid- and long-term capacity planning and RRP alignment.
• Define inventory strategies, safety stock, and decoupling points.
• Collaborate with Sourcing to assess supplier constraints and risks.
• Enable integrated cross-functional business decisions with leaders.
• Set planning parameters and policies across regions and plants.
• Ensure alignment between strategic planning and plant execution.
