Job summary

RTX in Andover/Te wk sbury MA onsite is seeking a Material Program Manager to lead Global Supply Chain activities for GEM-T International Programs. You will serve as the GSC interface to the PMO, manage forecasts, risk, and opportunity processes, and oversee program start-up and baselining.

The role requires a University degree with 8+ years experience, strong communication, and experience with PRISM/KINAXIS, ROM, AOP. This is an onsite role in MA with standard RTX benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.
• Experience with budget, EV management, and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC to the PMO and interface with stakeholders.
• Report program status and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts and align with IPTs, Procurement, FP&A.
• Manage material sales risk and opportunities using ROM.
• Support program start-up, including MPP, CFB and baselining.
• Support audits including USG pricing and program definitization.
• Ensure compliance with EXIM licensing and 130 sweeps.
